The market of real estate in Dubai is one of the most diverse that can be found worldwide. The emirate provides apartments in different categories ranging from studios to posh residences. The cost of serviced apartments includes the cost of cleaning, concierge services, etc., within the compound. But the rental cost of such a property is quite high.

For the affluent ones who seek lavish apartments in high-class localities, choices range from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, and Al Barsha.

Strategic Locations

The Dubai Center in the Al Barsha district is near the main business and commercial districts of Dubai, which can be a good location for those who want to live near these areas. Jumeira Lake Tower is perfect if you like to party, eat out, and enjoy interesting buildings. Silicon Oasis, one of the cheapest areas next to the international airport, a mixture of commercial and residential properties, is sixty kilometers away from Abu Dhabi.

Considerations before Lease Agreement

  • The lease agreements in UAE are obligatory and the leasing contracts must be registered in the EJARI system.
  • The payment for utilities is the contractor’s responsibility; while the landlord is responsible for other expenses (pool maintenance, security, cleaning, etc.).
  • The lease can be cancelled by the tenant but only with the notice period of at least 3 months.
  • In most cases, payments are made on the 3-month prepaid basis, however, 1-month payments are possible; though the cost will be higher.
